  • Users of bacopa monniera have reported increased relaxation, academic performance, short term and long term memory, and concentration in stressful situations.

  • The use of bacopa for memory enhancement can be traced back over 2000 years ago when bacopa was cited for its memory enhancing attributes in the Indian Vedic texts Athar-Ved Samhita in 800 B.C.. 11

  • A 1969 study showed that animals who were given bacopa had increased learning abilities and memory enhancement. 12

  • In 1996, Scientists from India's Central Drug Research Institute reported that bacopa reduces the time to learn a specific task from ten days to six days (a 40% reduction in time). 13

  • One study reported that when bacopa was given to a group of children, the children improved their speed and accuracy on maze problems. 14

  • Bacopa was reported to improve IQ scores in 10 to 13 year olds of average intelligence during a 9 month period of use. 15

  • Bioperine® is a patented extract obtained from black pepper fruits of southern India.

  • Bioperine® was clinically tested in the USA and has been found to significantly enhance the absorption of many nutrients. 17

DMAE
